- Conversation tracking and analytics
- Productivity management tools
- Content management for sales materials
- Contact management and relationship insights
Our services are subject to change at our discretion, and we may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, restricting access to your account and devices, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. LinknSell will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use LinknSell only for lawful purposes and to follow these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation; use the services to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, or distribute any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our services, the server on which our services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our services; upload or transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other material designed to interfere with or damage any system, data, or personal information; harvest, collect, or gather user data without consent; impersonate or attempt to impersonate LinknSell, a LinknSell employee, another user, or any other person or entity; or engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the services.
4.2 Third-Party Platforms Integration
You acknowledge that any data retrieved from third-party platforms is subject to the access scopes and permissions you explicitly authorize. Our services allow you to integrate communications from third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Email services, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect these accounts to our services, complying with the terms of service of these third-party platforms, and understanding that your use of these third-party platforms remains subject to their respective terms and conditions. LinkNSell does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or practices.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
The LinknSell platform, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, is owned by LinknSell or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms of Use do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to our services or content, nor any intellectual property rights owned by LinknSell or its licensors, except for the limited license expressly outlined in these Terms of Use.
5.2 License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, LinknSell grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes.
5.3 User Content
You retain all ownership rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services (“User Content”). By providing User Content, you grant LinknSell a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing our services. 8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
LinknSell services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links, or communications provided through our services.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LinknSell, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or service providers will never, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform; (b) any user or third party’s conduct or content; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; (d) errors, omissions, interruptions, or other inaccuracies in the Service; or (e) any integration with or reliance on third-party platforms,, including but not limited to LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email providers, SMS services, or telecommunication networks.
In no event shall the total cumulative liability of LinknSell, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, exceed the total fees paid by you to LinknSell for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply regardless of whether the alleged liability arises from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if LinknSell has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinknSell, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the services.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
